Affiliate Program - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the PlanMyFit Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join the program.

2. Affiliate Program Registration

To participate in the affiliate program, you must complete the registration process by providing current, complete, and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

• Promotion: You agree to actively promote PlanMyFit products through your unique affiliate link.
• Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting PlanMyFit products.
• Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any activities that are misleading, unethical, or illegal.

4. Commissions and Payments

• Commission Structure: Commissions will be paid based on the agreed rate and terms provided at the time of your registration.
• Payment Terms: Payments will be processed when you reach the minimum payout threshold of €5 and submit a payout request. Payments will be made via your provided IBAN.
• Verifying Status: Commissions will initially be marked as 'verifying' upon a payout request and will be updated to 'paid' after admin verification.

5. Term and Termination

• Term: This Agreement will commence upon your acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party.
• Termination: You or PlanMyFit may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

PlanMyFit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our products.

7. Modifications

PlanMyFit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You are advised to review these Terms of Service periodically for any changes. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
